Program description
Lanewise, Inc. ("Lanewise," "we," "us") sends SMS text messages to prospective customers of the Lanewise transportation management system (TMS), including trucking companies and fleet operators who have requested a demo. Messages may include follow-up on a demo request, appointment confirmations and reminders, and — for end users who separately opt in — promotional messages about new features, product updates, and offers.
How you opt in
End users are enrolled in this program by visiting lanewise.com and submitting their name, company, and phone number through the "Request a Demo" form. Providing a phone number is optional. Two separate, unchecked-by-default checkboxes are presented:
- Transactional messages: covers scheduling, confirmations, reminders, and follow-up related to the demo request and account.
- Marketing messages: a separate, optional checkbox for promotional messages about new features, product updates, and offers.
Checking either box is entirely optional and is never a condition of requesting a demo or using any Lanewise product or service. Each type of message is only sent to end users who have checked the corresponding box.

Message frequency varies based on your interactions with Lanewise and which consent(s) you have provided.

Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
How to opt out
Reply STOP at any time to a message from Lanewise to unsubscribe. You will receive one confirmation message, and no further messages will be sent unless you opt in again. Reply HELP for assistance, or contact us at the details below.
Carriers
Lanewise is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers include major U.S. wireless carriers; carrier coverage and reliability are not guaranteed.
